In this episode, we discuss what SEL (social emotional learning) is and how it can improve our lives. We will talk in greater depth about all the ways SEL affects our students’ and learn some strategies that target stress, improve focus, and encourage calm, reflective states of mind. Beyond the Classroom is a weekly TV and web show for parents, guardians and caregivers hosted by former Allentown assistant school principal Joe Pacitti. This program will provide a platform for questions to be answered and concerns addressed.
