Each class will take place virtually from 8:30-9:30AM:

**By registering now, you are not required to attend all three, although the content will build on the week before. 

Mindfulness is the practice of paying attention, in the present moment with a sense of curiosity. Mindfulness has shown to be an effective for of self-care as it helps with; managing stress, and increasing well-being, clarity, and calmness. 

Educators and Services Providers are invited to join Shanthi Project teacher, Lesley Williams, to learn how the practice of mindfulness supports self-care and resiliency as you approach the uncertainty of the upcoming school year. Participants will be taught mindfulness tools to manage stress, improve focus, and prioritize your own well-being while caring for others. Each Zoom session in the three-part series will be recorded and emailed to registrations upon completion. 

Shanthi Project is pleased to present this program for FREE in partnership with Resilient Lehigh Valley and the United Way of the Greater Lehigh Valley as part of the "Creating Cam, Together" initiative. 

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR:

Lesley Williams, MSN, RN, CTTS, attended professional mindfulness training with world-renowned expert, Jon Kabat Zinn, and has had extensive training through the Marcus Institute of Integrative Health, Jefferson University Healthcare, and The Center for Mindfulness, Lehigh Valley Health Network. She teaches Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction and courses in Mindful Eating, Mindful Habit Change and Mindfulness for Healthcare Providers. Lesley is a Certified Tobacco Treatment Specialist and has a Masters in Nursing with more than 33 years of experience.
